New :

Adding Bonus health config for the Dwemer entities.

Changes:

Probability of awakening a 'dead' Dwemer Spider increased from 1/2 to 1/3.
Patrol is now deactivated by default.
The starting patrol delay is now 45 in the config file.
Dwemer Spider & Dwemer Spider Guardian armor value from 6 -> 4
Dwemer Centurion armor value from 10 -> 8
Draugr Overlord armor value from 10 -> 8
Draugrs armor values are now all 4 (it was 8 or 6)
Harpy armor value from 4 -> 2
Skeleton Warrior Head armor value from 4 -> 2

Bug fixes:

Dwemer entity names are now correct.
The loot table of the Dwemer Tower chest is now correct.
Enchanted books with no enchantment are now replaced with real enchanted books in some Dwemer chests.
