Initial 1.21 forward compatibility update

- Added forward compatibility support for 1.21, (But will contain bugs)
- Added ability to bypass the Fabric API's registry syncing errors, (This is enabled by default)
- Enabled a fix to now handle invalid item counts on 1.20.3/4 servers,
- Emulation warnings are now suppressed in ViaBackwards,
- Removed the beehive mixin from Lithium as it doesn't exist in this version.
