Vista
Vista is a jar mod for Minecraft 1.2.5. It has no concrete theme, and its goal is to create a fun and unique experience. Some additions include: new stone types, beta villages, farlands, more world types, more piston functionality, more biomes, QoL, etc.

- Picking a block with mmb gives the block itself instead of the item it drops when broken
- A UI element which tells you what block you're looking at and if you can harvest it with the tool in your hand
- The player's inventory is now shown in creative mode
- Mossy cobblestone can now be crafted with cobblestone and grass
- Fixed structures, ravines and caves not generating
- Holding a food item shows how many hearts it will restore upon eating
- Mouse tweaks
- A simple entity cramming mechanic to prevent lag
- Sprinting in creative mode increases flight speed
- Birch trees are taller and have yellow leaves
- Burning wood and leaves makes ash
- Nephrite - dark green stone that replaces regular stone in swampland
- The color of every block of leaves and grass is slightly shifted randomly, giving the foliage a more natural look
- Birch forest biome
- Minecarts don't lose all their momentum immediately after going off the rails in midair
- Tool durability is shown in tooltip
- Oak forest biome
- Shrubland biome
- Reduced food stack sizes
- Replaced gunpowder with sulfur
- Melons generate naturally in jungles
- Added missing sodalite block variants recipes
- Buttons in the creative inventory to change time of day and weather
- Ported some perlin noise bugs and values from beta to make the terrain generation more interesting
