MCVersionRenamer

MCVersionRenamer (MCVR) is a powerful tool that lets you effortlessly rename your Minecraft version to anything you like! Beyond customization, MCVR enhances your vanilla Minecraft performance by approximately 16%. It also integrates seamlessly with BetterF3, Clean F3, and FancyMenu, as well as optimizes their performance by around 5% for an even SMOOTHER gameplay experience.

Installation

• Download: Visit the Releases section of the repository to download the latest version.
• Setup: Put the mcversionrenamer-<latest-release-version>.jar into your mods folder of your Fabric installation.
• Run Minecraft: Pretty simple, just run Minecraft.

MCVersionRenamer requires a few dependencies to work (some dependencies may be shaded later once I get around to that):

• Fabric API: /mod/fabric-api

MCVersionRenamer also recommends a few dependencies:

• FancyMenu: /mod/fancymenu (HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED BUT COMPATIBLE! PLEASE VIEW THE EXTERNAL MOD NOTES FOR MORE DETAILS!)
• BetterF3: /mod/betterf3
• CleanF3: /mod/clean-f3
• ModMenu: /mod/modmenu
• ModMenu Badges Lib: /mod/modmenu-badges-lib

If you encounter any errors, please make an issue immediately and I will fix it as fast as possible.

External Mod Notes

FancyMenu:

FancyMenu (as of now) is currently in development and HIGHLY recommended NOT to be used with MCVR! There are many bugs and lots of things I will have to fix in the future! Even though MCVR is compatible with FancyMenu it is not completely implemented! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
