Let players express themselves by declaring their pronouns

Features

• Players can choose from a list of pronouns by running `/trigger pronouns [set <page>]`
• Pronouns will display next to the player's name, in the player list, and chat messages
• IMPORTANT: For compatibility with AFK Detector, ensure Pronouns is placed above AFK Detector during world creation. If installing to an existing world or on a server, run /datapack disable "file/mcpeachpies_pronouns.zip", /datapack enable "file/mcpeachpies_pronouns.zip" after "file/mcpeachpies_afk_detector.zip", and /function mcpeachpies_afk_detector:setup_team after installation
• Compatible with Minecraft 1.13 and up, last tested on Minecraft 1.19
