Announce and label players who have been away from their keyboards for more than 5 minutes. Trigger command allows for players to instantly go AFK

• Attaches AFK prefix to players who are away from their keyboards
• Optional team configurations to functionality with pre-establised in-game teams
• Trigger command to instantly go away from your keyboard `/trigger afk`
• Compatible with Minecraft 1.13 and up, last tested on Minecraft 1.19
• IMPORTANT: For compatibility with Pronouns, ensure Pronouns is placed above AFK Detector during world creation. If installing to an existing world or on a server, run /datapack disable "file/mcpeachpies_pronouns.zip", /datapack enable "file/mcpeachpies_pronouns.zip" after "file/mcpeachpies_afk_detector.zip", and /function mcpeachpies_afk_detector:setup_team after installation
