MCEndgame

• New dungeon enemy: Skeleton Mage
• Rework elemental damage to spell damage

Note: This rework replaces the elemental damage and ward attributes with the more intuitive spell damage and spell resistance attributes. Existing items with the now-legacy attributes will have them replaced with the unknown attribute, which has no effect. Gameplay should otherwise remain unaffected, but keep this in mind when updating to the new version.

• Add collection of analytic gameplay data
