MCCI Utils

Added 1.19.3 support.

Due to 1.19.3 changing how Minecraft works internally, this version will not be usable on prior versions of Minecraft

Removed:

• Discord command
  • Was preventing the use of /discord on other servers

Fixed:

• Optifine capes could not be viewed
• MCC Date caused crash if date could not be found (Mainly caused in offline play)
• If another mod was trying to modify elytra textures it caused the reloading textures animation to loop, preventing the game from being played
