MCA: The Next Era

Minor updates to certain mods that had them, alongside the removal of two mods due to Licenses.

The removed mods in question were:

• Runelic
• Not Enough Breeding

As it stands no other removals, still probably scuffy to play so hopefully soon I'll have a 1.06 version out to add/replace/improve. Priority will go to newer Modrinth mods over curseforge ones in future, so do keep note.
