Matcha Flavoured

Another hot fix after I got home from work. I just wanted to try and make tutorialisation easier.

BUGS

• "Two in One" advancement fixed
• Fixed Brick duping
• Wheat Seeds now drop when using a hoe on grass
• Lapis now gives Blue Dye recipe
• Chest recipe now unlocks properly
• Old Shulker recipe removed and proper one unlocks
• Malachite now unlocks upon getting Calcite

TWEAKS

• Steel takes less time to blast
• Steel advancement re-worded to make it more clear how to make it.
• Campfire, Food, and Warding Weapons advancements re-worded to make them more clear.
• Added Fishing Advancement
• Rearraanged advancements to be more clear (hopefully)
• Packed Mud recipe now uses short, instead of tall, dry grass (cheaper)
• Fortune works on Spawners now
