[1.15.2] Mapper Base 1.1.0.0 • Internal changes and additional contents

This patch mostly adds internal changes for other mods. It also adds Korean language and stonecutter recipes, along with more settings for bitumen ore generation.

• updated to Forge 31.1.49 (successfully tested against Forge 31.1.37).
• added Korean translation (thanks to E. Kim).
• added stonecutter recipes for asphalt and concrete blocks.
• added biome blacklist / whitelist for bitumen ore generation. Check mapperbase-common.toml in config folder for more details.
• code refactoring and changes for mod dependencies.
