This is the first release of Mapper Base.

• added steel material with following associated contents: ingot, block, nugget, stairs, slab, wall, fence, rod, plate, pressure plate, tool set and armor set.
• added raw bitumen: generates in the world around sea level.
• added asphalt block: crafted using raw bitumen, sand and gravel, and comes with stairs, slab and pressure plate variants.
• added concrete block: crafted with sand and gravel, and comes with stairs, slab, wall, fence and pressure plate variants.
• added config files for bitumen ore generation parameters and Tag viewer activation.
• added Tag viewer: hold CTRL over an item in a GUI to see the associated tags in the tooltip. Disabled in config by default, client-side only.
