Crafting recipes include:

• 2 Mangrove roots for 4 sticks
• 4 Mangrove roots for 4 Mangrove planks

Balance: I tested Mangrove Roots against other items to compare fuel weight and found that roots are the same as planks as a fuel source. I used this comparison in deciding the crafting amounts for both recipes.
