Maid Restaurant

1.Attempted to fix a crash caused by an out-of-bounds index error, which occurred when players opened the menu gui due to the client failing to load recipes because CookTask was not registered on the client side.

2.Fixed a bug where the restaurant menu could not be crafted.

3.Replaced all ResourceLocation.fromNamespaceAndPath calls with new ResourceLocation to prevent a NoSuchMethodError crash on older Forge versions.

4.Added compatibility for the following block from the Bakeries mod: Oven, Blender, Toaster, and GlassDrinkCup.
