Rarity System:
- Common Item Rarity chance was adjusted to 67 from 84.
- Rare Item Rarity chance was adjusted to 24 from 10.
- Epic Item Rarity chance was adjusted to 8 from 5.
General Changes:
- Adjusted the Item System to allow Items to have multiple categories.
- Added a Client Sync for the Item System.
