General Changes:

• Overhauled mod to be more configurable.
• Farming now relies on random tick speed to update time based growth.
• Crops now rely on temperature and humidity by default.
• Seasons no longer prevent players from planting certain crops during certain seasons.
• Fertilizer growth speed was reduced to 25% from 50%.
• Crop yields were all reduced slightly.
