Madoku Craft: API 1.2.3

General Changes:

• Added Loot Table system, allowing users to customize loot chests generated by structures.

• Added Recipe system, allowing users to customize recipes for crafting, smelting, etc.

• Adjusted Madoku Season to use Vanilla mechanics for season changes instead of the Chunk System.

• Added Adaptive Intervals into the Scheduler System based on the server's performance.

• Adjusted Madoku Time to extend Vanilla Time, instead of being a seperate system.
