Lightning Ring Effect

Added a new mace impact effect that creates expanding rings of electric sparks with soul fire accents.

Ender Theme

Added a cyan and magenta portal-style theme. It can be selected automatically from ender, warp, or teleport-related enchantments.

Cleaner Settings Menu

The settings screen now uses a simple vanilla-style button layout. The custom dark panel and animated background were removed, so you can see the normal Minecraft world behind the menu.
