Taken from the Minecraft wiki, here are what they do (backported too)

"Density is an enchantment exclusively for the mace that increases the amount of damage dealt per block fallen, at a maximum of five levels."

"Wind Burst is an enchantment exclusively for the mace that creates a powerful upward knockback effect upon executing a smash attack, essentially acting as a more powerful wind charge. Unlike wind charges, Wind Burst does not negate fall damage. It is the only mace-exclusive enchantment that cannot be obtained through an enchanting table or villagers."

"Breach is a mace enchantment that reduces the effectiveness of armor of the entity being attacked. The reduction is more significant as the enchantment level increases, with a maximum level of 4. The reduction affects armor worn by entities, as well as the natural armor points that certain entities have innately."
