New Features:

Added 'Safes' so players can protect their money and valuables. Configuration File Added Server owners can now set the name of the Bank which is displayed on the ATMs. Server owners can now set a players starting balance.

Bug Fixes and Changes:

OwnerUUID in Shop not checking Player OwnerUUID. New command '/mecoadmin' added which controls both '/mecoadmin give ' and '/mecoadmin take ' which can be run from in game and console. '/meco' will work for players wanting help, checking balance or sending money to another player.
