LungeFix

Reduces the lunge durability damage from

2^((enchantment level*2) + 1)

to

2^((enchantment level) + 1)

Removes the mending incompatibility

Adds a very minor room for vertical push when using it (doesn't even push enough to lift you up from the ground and is mostly because I felt it made the push feel less rigid while in the air, but may be placebo)

Enables its use while elytra flying, but it is severely weaker in this case
