Fixes:

 - Fixed Typo with Chiseled Diamond Shovel in lang file, used to say "Chiseled Diamond Shivel".

 - Corrected the repair material for the Chiseled Diamond Toolset to be Netherite Scrap Sheeting rather than Blast proof walls.

Tweaks:

 - Changed the pebble recipes again.
       - the recipe for pebbles is now back to one cobblestone which results in 8 pebbles being created
       - the recipe for pebble blocks is now a 2x2 of pebbles rather than a 3x3
       - pebble blocks can now be crafted back into pebbles
       - pebbles can now be crafted back into cobblestone
