- Add new behavior for the Titanium Trapdoor, Titanium Door, and Titanium Bulb
- The Titanium Door & Trapdoor now no longer open & close on redstone signal. Instead, both will enter a "locked" state and become unable to be opened/closed while powered.
- The Titanium Bulb has the same behavior as the snapshot version of the Copper Bulb, with a 1 game tick delay before switching its state, offsetting it from the 2 tick redstone cycle.
- Note: It actually has intetionally had this behavior since release, it was just undocumented.
