Physics Optimization & Interaction Update

Micro-optimization (Fast Vector Math): Completely removed heavy Math.sqrt() operations from the particle physics loop. Vector math is now highly optimized, significantly reducing CPU overhead and improving 1% Low FPS when thousands of particles are active.

Vertical Movement Fix: Particles now properly react to player jumping, falling, and vertical momentum by correctly handling the Y coordinate and pVel.y delta.

Smoother Turbulence: Improved the wake effect when walking or running through dust. Replaced strict clamping logic with a smooth distance-fading formula without any performance loss.
