Shield

This version is a bit wonky, Ive tried a new method of preventing damage but may try to replicate the one in the old version

• Rewrote most of the mod
• Caused a few new weird issues cause mcreator is weird as hell
• Fixed the shield damage sound not playing
• Maybe more that i forgor
• New /shield or /setshield (i forgor) command
• New potions that act like Instant Health/Damage
