New Features:

• Added enchantment rarity tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Cursed.
• Enchantments are now selected based on tier weights, making rare rolls feel impactful.
• Introduced a dedicated Cursed tier with a very low default chance.
• Enchantment levels remain fully random and configurable.

Configuration Improvements:

• Added a comprehensive config file for full control.

Configure:

• Enchant chance per block break.
• Minimum and maximum enchantment levels.
• Maximum enchantments per item.
• Tier weights (including cursed rarity).
• Enchantments can be manually assigned to tiers via config.
• Setting "cursedWeight = 0" fully disables curses.
