feat: Refactored entire config, now everything can be changed in the lucidadvancements.properties config file
feat: Added an Hot-Reload system to the lucidadvancements.properties config file.
feat: Tracked advancements now have their own dynamic progress bar that only appears when the player has 2 or more of them. #11
feat: Added a new "Filter: Tracked" option to the dropdown menu to display currently tracked advancements. #11
feat: The progress bar is now dynamic: when searching or filtering within a section, it updates to show progress only for the matching advancements. #11
feat: Tracked advancements are now saved, so players no longer lose them when reloading the game.
