Lots o Spheal [Cobblemon addon]

Changelog: The lines of Bulbasaur, Spheal, Charmander and Pichu now have Sphusion counterparts. Sphichu, Sphikachu have alolan bias forms while Raichu has an alolan form. Charizphard and Blasphoise are mountable. This version is for Cobblemon 1.7 and above. There is a starter file in the addon that you can place in the config to use the main 3 Kanto starter Spheal as starters.
