Lots o Spheal [Cobblemon addon]

Patch notes: added Sphusions for the Remoraid and Mantine lines. Added a set of 5 structures, spawning in the Nether wastes, cherry grove, Lush caves(burried), Beach and ofcourse the ocean. Spheal can now spawn on beaches and be fished up in stony shores. The statues spawn sphusions more easily, only Sphitto and Shynaut do not spawn easier near them.
