Added two new crafting recipes for the Stone chest, and for Nether Stars!!!
Stone chests can be crafted by surrounding a chest with scorched stone. A Nether star can be crafted using a pearl, 4 mithril ore ( on edges ) and 2 chills and 2 flames of udun in the corners.
A slight adjustment has been made to the spawn algorigthm that may help with lag when the player is very far south.
Bugs fixed: Bulk coin conversion no longer names every pouch 'Large pouch'.
