LotC Message Mirror 1.3.0

This update is one of the biggest so far, bringing major improvements to customization, overall quality of life, and much more powerful yet easier-to-use chat formatting. It has also been updated exclusively for Minecraft 1.21.11 and no longer supports versions below it.
