Jade can now only be viewed via having either, goggles from Create, a Spyglass from Vanilla Minecraft, or the Sonic Screwdriver from Adventures in Time
The Regeneration skin files now include Doctors 1 - 12 (Including the War Doctor listed as "8.5 (War)" However. the Web skins are still included within the files. therefore you must uncheck the Web skins in the Regeneration GUI to only see the Doctor Skins
