Loopy Powers

A small change fixing a few issues that should've been fixed ages ago

BLOCKS

• All blocks should be properly mineable again and most blocks should now be dropped under certain conditions.

Celestial Ore

• Now drops ores when broken with diamond+ pickaxes - This is affected by fortune.
• Silk touch now also works.

Celestial Block

• Small particle fixes when someone without a power is stood on it

Casino Floor/Bars

• Mined faster and drops when broken with iron+ tools

Ice Spikes

• Mined faster with pickaxes and drops when silk touch is used.

Thorn Vine

• Mined faster with swords
• Damage no longer does knockback
