Lodestone coords

Added

• Option to show coordinates beside item name instead of separate tooltip lines.
• Support for custom dimensions in tooltips and Xaero waypoints.
• Mainhand and offhand compass hotkey support

Changed

• Copying coordinates to clipboard now defaults to X: 00 Y: 00 Z: 00.
• Hotkey now respects rebinding and does not block other binds using same key.

Fixed

• Debug chat messages only appear with debug mode enabled.
• Waypoints are created in compass target dimension, regardless of player location.
• Fixed debug logger recursion. (Old versions can cause a stack overflow when using the debug command)
