Ideas from Informed Load mod

Because the author of Informed Load didn't make the 1.16+ ones, i make one myself :D.

Due to the vanilla progress bar don't show the details and i find that the progress it shows is not the real one. This mod add 2 more loading progress bars and a memory bar. These bars will also show when reloading the resources.
