🎨 Mod Menu Integration & Quality of Life

This release adds proper Mod Menu integration and finally adds features from 1.21.1 to 1.21.3.

✨ What's New

• Mod Icon - Custom icon now appears in mod lists (Fabric & NeoForge)
• Mod Menu Config Button - Config screen accessible via hover button in Mod Menu (Fabric)

🔧 Technical Changes

• Added ModMenuIntegration class for Fabric Mod Menu API
• Added modmenu entrypoint to fabric.mod.json
• Added logoFile to neoforge.mods.toml
• Added TerraformersMC maven repository for Mod Menu dependency
