LivesSMP
LivesSMP, a plugin where players start with a limited number of lives. Each death reduces their lives, and losing them all results in a ban until revived by another player using a custom-crafted Revive Crystal.

- Fix: Players now get the "starting-lives" after getting revived.
- Players now see their total lives continuously in the action bar.
- Added configurable temporary ban system with duration support.
- Fully customizable messages for both features.
