Lit It Up

Adjusted the Sparkling Flint item so jamming is now possible across all of its features, rather than only when lighting the furnace. For example, trying to place fire on the ground will now also have a chance to jam, as will lighting a campfire, candle, or other campfire like blocks supported by the available compatibilities.
