Limits' Grapple

This is a quick mod originally made for ModFest: Singularity, a 1-week long mod jam for Quilt. Adds a new grappling hook item which lets you swing around and just have fun :) Try it out in an amplified world!

Known issues:

• Some animations can break in certain situations related to using the offhand swap key while grappling

• Netherite upgrade
• Better sounds
