Removes the vanilla size and offset limits of Structure Blocks, allowing for massive structure saving.

-Increased the Structure Block maximum size limit from the vanilla 48 to 127. -Expanded the Structure Block offset limit from -48 to -127. -Modified ServerboundSetStructureBlockPacket to allow larger coordinate data transfers. -Updated StructureBlockEditScreen GUI to accept larger numbers without reverting to vanilla limits. -Implemented anti-crash Mixins (require = 0) to ensure high compatibility with other mods.
