Fixed the issue where players under protection could not pick up items.

New Message Added:

Protected players now receive a warning message when attempting to pick up items.

New Features:

Added cooldown settings for warning messages: warning-messages-cooldown.damage: Cooldown for damage warning messages (default: 5 seconds). warning-messages-cooldown.itempickup: Cooldown for item pickup warning messages (default: 10 seconds).
