Light Dust
All light sources will produce a configurable amount of dust. The dust also has physics! Highly customizable via in game config menu.

Removed the models and texture files for the 3d flashlights I was planning to add (will likely be used in a different mod).
Dust color is recalculated when a light source is broken. This means that particles will dim to match the new light level rather than staying fully illuminated.
