Balancing and Bugfix Update

New Features

• Added a config to lose 1 random life crystal on death (DOES NOT WORK ON FORGE)

• Added back the russian localization

• Added back advancements

• Added a command to reset any player's health Changes

• Converted text in book of life into localization strings

• Added heart of eternity to creative menu of the mod and to the book of life

• Changed heart of eternity to be usable by default

Balancing

• Heart of the overworld is now way more common
• Heart of the nether and Heart of the end are now twice as common
• Golden Life Crystal is now a bit rarer
• Now up to 3 thunder shards can spawn when entity is hit by lightning
• Thunder shards are now immune to fire

Fixes

• Fixed a bug causing shovels to not work on NeoForge versions of the mod (huge thanks to user_g98ck0qcolrbjx26 for discovering the solution to this bug)
• Added a failsafe to prevent bugs similar to the shovel bug from happening
• Hopefully optimized the mod's file size by removing unused assets
• Fixed netherite life crystal not being immune to fire
