[Let's Do] Smoker
The Smoker - an often overlooked, rarely used, yet versatile block. Feed the new Smoking Station different types of wood to smoke your food for bonus saturation, nutrition, healing or potion effects. Cook, smoke, and discover new possibilities!
Список изменений
[1.0.2]
Fixed
- Fixed a crash on startup ("Registry Object not present: smoker:smoking_station_entity") when playing alongside mods like Create, Flywheel or Sodium.
[1.0.1]
Fixed
- Smoked food now actually restores the bonus nutrition and saturation shown in its tooltip, and other mods such as AppleSkin display the improved values correctly. Perfectly Smoked food applies its larger bonus the same way.
Changed
- Smoked food tooltips are easier to read: the real nutrition gain is shown as a plain number, healing no longer rounds half hearts down to zero, and each line has its own color.

Initial Release
Welcome to Smoker! The vanilla Smoker finally gets a real purpose: feed it different types of wood and it changes how your food turns out. Common woods keep it simple with a saturation and nutrition boost, while rarer woods - Nether wood, Acacia, Dark Oak and more - go further, adding healing or a potion effect on top. Let a finished item rest in a lit Smoking Station and it can come out Perfectly Smoked for a little extra, or just take it whenever you like, no rush either way.
Smoking is a one-way trip, not a repeatable process - once something's smoked, it's done, not an ingredient for another pass with a different wood.
Everything's configurable, from whether the vanilla Smoker gets replaced at all to which foods are allowed anywhere near the fire. Recognizes wood types from other Let's Do mods if you have them installed, and comes with JEI/REI support so you always know what each wood does.
