Added:

• tooltips to see which enchant (fortune/silk touch) is currently active

• a toggle to turn that tooltip on/off

Fixed:

• now when you shift+right click while having fortune/silk touch thing off, you won't be able to change the enchant like in older versions

• now shift+right click checks if you have a tool with fortune and silk touch in hand before allowing you to change the enchant
