Lets bookshelves power enchanting tables through more blocks:

• ✅ Non-full blocks such as carpets, amethyst clusters, and cake
• ✅ Full blocks with holes in their texture, such as copper grates
• 🚫 Stairs, slabs, and similar blocks, since there is no way to determine how they are placed
• 🚫 Torches, since players often use torches to block bookshelves on purpose
