Adds a world browser and searcher menu for the Legitermoose server, amongst other features.

- Rewrote the JSON parser for much more stability & memory efficiency
- Added an information string to the world browser (bottom left)
- Changes to the toolbar in the world browser screen
- Added 'OUTDATED' text to worlds in the world browser that have not been updated for 10 minutes or longer
- Bug fixes and lots of small changes
