Ballance Changes: Buffed Axe Of lightning (decreased each ability cooldown by 30 ticks)
Great Monstrous Anchor buff (Faster reload time, added +0.75 entity reach and buffed damage by 0.5f )
Greatly buffed Wand of Clouds, (increased damage to 10dmg, and increased attack speed)
Buffed Withered Scythe(Increased damage to 10)
