Balance Changes

• Rebalanced the Loot Touch modifier.
• Stone Geode:
  • Drop chance: 2.5% → 3%
  • Qualities: CRUDE 60%, FLAWLESS 10%
• Deepslate Geode:
  • Qualities: POLISHED 65%, FLAWLESS 30%, RADIANT 10%
• Geode source chances were recalculated according to the new weights:
  • Celestine / Jade / Aqua: 17.86% in Stone Geodes
  • Celestine / Jade / Aqua: 15.38% in Deepslate Geodes
• Restless Flame melee effect chances:
