Just a quick hotfix to fix some game breaking bugs!

Fixed crash involving Phantom Ganondorf trying to teleport when hit with a projectile! This was a result from his beta behavior not being properly snubbed. Maybe in a future update!

Fixed longstanding crash involving item GUI due to the Sword Spin code. This would result in a crash when editing World Generation options and various other GUI based interactions. Hopefully this won't pop back up!

Mad Scrub rendering was bugged and wouldn't show their textures! This was due to not swapping Mad Scrubs over to the new Deku Scrub rendering method.

Removed non-relevant description text on Reforged Master Sword. No longer displays text to prompt chargin a Spin Attack.

Sword Houses and Arctic Ruins no longer spawn in Cold Ocean Biomes.
